A pick is defined as anything we grab from a table or shelf to fulfill your order. This can include:

  • Products
  • Brochures
  • Flyers
  • Postcards
  • Cartons

Pack means to put all the order's picks into a shipping container.

ASN stands for advance shipment notice. This is what allows us to know what's coming, so we can verify correct inventory numbers before put away.

Overage is when we receive more than what is indicated on the ASN. Shortage is when we receive less than what is indicated on the ASN.

A back order is when our system receives an order we cannot fulfill because we don't have enough inventory.

WMS stands for warehouse management system. This is the software that receives your orders, tracks your inventory, and runs our warehouse.

LTL stands for less than truckload. This is for full pallet shipping, where the order does not fill the entire truck. FTL stands for full truckload. This is also for full pallet shipping and the order does fill the enrire truck.
